4. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription fee: $30.00 per month
  • Billing is recurring monthly until cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

You retain ownership of your trading data. We process your data to provide the Service, including:

  • Storing and organizing your trades
  • Calculating performance metrics
  • Generating AI-powered insights using Claude API by Anthropic
  • Creating visualizations and reports

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to breach security measures

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL IMPERIAL ANALYTICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES.
