1. What Imperial Analytics Is

Imperial Analytics is an analytical journal for futures and derivatives traders. It ingests trades you have already executed through a third-party broker or prop firm, reconstructs them, and produces statistical and AI-generated commentary about your historical behavior. The platform is designed to help you understand your own trading.

2. What Imperial Analytics Is NOT

• We are not a broker. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or place orders on your behalf.
• We are not a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state equivalent.
• We are not a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), Commodity Pool Operator (CPO), or Introducing Broker (IB) registered with the CFTC or NFA.
• We do not provide personalized investment advice. The AI Coach output is a statistical commentary on data you have provided; it is not a recommendation to enter, exit, hold, or size any position.
• We do not guarantee profit, edge, or any specific outcome. Any number you see in the product describes the past, not the future.

3. AI Insight Disclosure

AI insights are produced by large-language-model-based agents via a third-party AI API. They can be wrong. They can confidently report a pattern that does not generalize. Specifically:

• Insights below the platform's minimum sample-size thresholds are dropped, but no statistical filter is perfect, and small samples remain noisy.
• An insight reads as authoritative because the language model is trained to write that way. Authority is not accuracy.
• You are responsible for cross-checking any insight against your own knowledge of the market, the instrument, and your account constraints before acting on it.

4. Prop Firm & Combine Considerations

If you are trading a prop-firm evaluation or funded account, your firm's rules (daily-loss limits, max-drawdown rules, news-trading restrictions, scaling plans) supersede anything Imperial Analytics displays. Commission rates shown in the product are best-effort estimates; refer to your firm's current published rates for actual fees.

5. No Liability for Trading Losses

By using Imperial Analytics, you acknowledge that any trading decision you make is yours alone. Imperial Analytics, its operators, contractors, and service providers are not liable for any loss, missed gain, opportunity cost, fee, or other damages arising from your use of the platform or any insight it produces. This is reinforced in the Terms of Service.

6. CFTC Risk Statement (Required Language)

Trading commodity futures, options, and security futures contracts involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage that is often obtainable in commodity interest trading can work against you as well as for you. The use of leverage can lead to large losses as well as gains. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

7. Hypothetical Performance Notice

Any backtest, paper trade, or simulated performance number displayed in Imperial Analytics is hypothetical and was not achieved by an actual account. Hypothetical performance has many inherent limitations: it does not represent actual trading, may not reflect the impact of material economic and market factors on your decision-making, and is generally designed with the benefit of hindsight.

8. Acceptance

Continued use of Imperial Analytics constitutes acceptance of this Risk Disclosure. New users are required to acknowledge this disclosure during onboarding via a click-through prompt; the timestamp of that acknowledgment is stored on your account. You may revoke acceptance at any time by deleting your account.
