Imperial Analytics is a performance-analytics and journaling platform. It is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner. We do not provide investment advice, trade signals, or recommendations.
Trading risk
Trading futures, options, equities, and other derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment, especially in leveraged products such as futures. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Specific to futures: contracts move quickly, leverage is high, and prop-firm rules (drawdown, daily loss limits, consistency rules) can disqualify or close accounts on short notice.
Insights are statistical observations, not predictions
AI-generated insights describe patterns observed in your past trading data. They are not predictions of future market behavior. They are not personalized financial advice. They do not account for your full financial situation, tax circumstances, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.
Sample-size limits
Pattern claims require a minimum of 20 trades. Strategy claims require 15. Time-of-day claims require 10. Insights below those thresholds either are not generated or are surfaced with explicit "low confidence" labeling.
No guarantee of accuracy
While we work to make computations correct, software contains bugs and data sources can be incomplete. Always verify any figure against your broker's official statements before relying on it for tax filing, regulatory disclosure, or trading decisions.
NFA/CFTC posture
Imperial Analytics LLC is not registered with the NFA or CFTC. It does not solicit or accept funds, do not effect trades for users, and does not custody assets.
Hypothetical and back-tested results
Where any numerics labeled "hypothetical" or "back-tested" appear, the standard CFTC Rule 4.41 disclaimer applies:
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
